Hi. I really like your design. I printed all parts. But can you explain how to put it together ;-)

Especially the 160mm rod and the bearings.

Push the bearings into both sides of the Rollers, you can use the M8 rod for alignment...
Then, scew one nut on the end of your m8 rod and add one roller with bearings), left side plate, right side plate (the flat sides layed on each other, the protruding rings are on the outsides, facing the bearings), the second rollen and finally fix everything with another m8 screw. I used a ratchet with extension here to get to the nut.
Next, Mount the Base to your wall, where you want the spool holder to be and when done, the assembled spool holder slides into the Base at the wall with its two hooks. Be sure to push it down ervtically at the base, so that both hookes are in place.

With the bearings, the rollers can move with very low friction. When printing without reverse bowden setup, i realized this wasn't optimal. So i tightened the m8 screws untill the rollers just didn't continue spinning after pushing them but still spin smoothly.

I missed the nuts that are needed.

So the rod needs to have thread and not be smooth.

Yes, i just bought a 1m M8 threaded rod and two nuts from a hardware store, beacuse it is the cheapest solution and i couldn't get a 160mm M8 screw.

Works great! Will post a make....

Great look indeed! Looks really cool.
