I am using this for female pins and wanted a pin hole filled up so that the position of the connector is as ment. F.i. if I want the fifth hole filled up (solid), I give a parm spolid=5; and get teh connector with count-1 holes for my female pins and the fifth hole filled up.
I already made a working source, it is not difficult for you.
Also the tiny walls at the side do not print well on my ender3 qith the normal extruder.
I also attached a picture so you can see what I mean with the filled up pin hole.

Attached screenshot explain quicker then me in english.

I guess I need a 0.25 extruder to let this happen.
not with my normal 0.4mm extruder?

I set the extruder width to 0.25 (and layer height to 0.1) on my ender 3. If the width is larger, it will fuse with the surrounding plastic.

I am using this for female pins, and then you can better understand. Already hava a solution.
But the small side surfaces are too narrow and are not printed. So the small surfaces at the sides.

I use this thankfully and made a small modification. I want a connector with a blind place without connection, and also a way to make it idiot proof. Therefore i have the scad function shellx() with generates the solid cube.
In the loop I have the source :
if (i==solid) shellx(); else shell();
Even better?

I will try to figure out what you want and see if I can come up with some ideas. I am glad to hear you find this useful.

Is this PLA? What kind of a cooling setup have you used?

Yes, it's transparent PLA. I am using petsfang fan duct, using the stock fan for Ender 3. First layer, fan is off, then 100% for the rest.
