Have not tested to crash yeat, but i figure that you want a fairly flexible filament for the forces to be damped.
Made it with Taulman 645 Nylon, quite flexible and strong. Guess that PETG or similar would work as well..
Most critical parts are the fastening parts where the frame meets body.
Model might need slight adjustment around front propeller, very tight fit.
Antenna fastner is in TPU. Very tight fit, and keeps the VTX antenna in place on a crash.
Remove support, get new screws, needs longer than original. M2 screws.. 7-8mm Rest is as is.
Made the model in fusion 360 and just noted the rest of the electronics as blocks to avoid.
This is my first go for this model, and there are plenty of roomt to improve.
The RX bridge is litle tight, and could be redesigned.. but works for now.
The design is more of a proof of concept.
