2D geometry is unprintable.

Uploaded the wrong file but you can try with the new one it should work.

The updated version will still be unrintable. The blades of the windmill are so thin that the slicer will treat them like 2D objects i.e. unprintable, likewise the spokes and rods, supporting the tail, are to fiddly to print successfully, if at all.
In addition to making some of the parts more substantial I think it would make more sense to break the windmill into parts that could be more easily printed and then assembled afterward, like this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:943268

Hi friend, I tried to seperate most parts but that will give a lot of parts to print and what you said is not bad at all...
I am gonna cut it into 3 or 4 pieces maybe that will help. Simplify3D is the right soft for such a thing.
