Hi, great design. I was looking for something like this for quite some time.
I just have one problem. This design cannot fit heathsinks.

I have almost no knowledge in fusion 360, can you guide me to some tutorial so I can add the heatsink holes?

My pi has heat sinks on the 3 chips, you are right it didn't fit with them on.

Instead of modifying the case I just modified the heatsinks. Carefully twisted them off the chips, flipped them upside down and sanded them some sand paper on a flat surface. Managed to not get sanding dust over the thermal glue and was able to stick them back on fine. Think i ended up sanding down the fins by about a quarter of what was there. Hasn't seemed to affect the pi's cooling any.

As for modifying the case to make it a bit wider to fit without the sanding I'm still not that great with 3d tools, but I'd use meshmixer or blender cut it in half and make 2 parts (so a top half and a bottom half).
Import those in to tinkercad, space them apart a few mm(however much you need to fit the heatsinks), fill the gap with a rectangle on each side. Select everything and group them all together to one part.I'm pretty sure there would be a way in blender/meshmixer to do the tinkercad part but I haven't learnt that yet.
