Is there any doors or a topper for this. If not i might make some files.

HI, sorry for responding that late. No, there are no further Files. If you have some, i would be proud if you publish them and would like to link them.

Just sold my scx10. I have a TRX4, will it fit traxxas frame.
I want this body since I own a 1964 CJ5, Restoring it at the moment. Painting frame this week.

Hi you can scale it to any size you need. If you choose the right width you can make a link setup that matches. I think this might e the best way to make it fit your trx4. The width, if you print it at 10%, is 202mm.

For the firewall, is there supposed to be a gap on either side or is it supposed to span the entire gap between the sides of the body?

Hi and thx for the hint. I did not print that part yet because some parts are in their way from china :-) The Firewall was to short. I replaced the part. Thanks for your help.

Awesome, thank you

What are the approximate dimensions of the body? I'd like to print this as my project after the one I'm currently building and would like to get some planning done on the frame, axles, suspension, and drive-train.

Hi, this is a cool project. Hope to see some pics when its finished.

The dimensions are:
Overall lengh: 410mm; Inside from Grill to Back 390mm
Wide: 203mm

I guess a flatbed setup or leafspring setup would be a good choice.
A tiresize of around 90-100mm should also fit quite well.

Happy printing.

Awesome, thank you! I'm definitely doing leaf springs like on the original, based on those dimensions I'll probably do 100mm tires (the same as on my M35A2 build), some 07-13 looking silver wheels, and RC4WD K44 axles to get a solid Jeep look. Is it still the case that all of the files need to be scaled to 10% size?

Sounds fine. The K44 Axels are nice ones. Unfortunatly here in germany the are expensive and not that easy to get. Pls. scale to 10%. For me its easier to desgin it this way :-) I made a new Hood and Frond-Fenders. I will upload them later that day.

Im just using scx10

Oh, that is unfortunate... Alrighty, will do. That makes sense, makes it a lot easier to get the dimensions right I'm guessing.

como se escala a 1/10

Hello, I am sorry but I dont speak spanish and I hope google translated it well. You have to use your slicer and set it to 10%.

En el segmentador ajustado al 10%, el tamaño se ajusta para la impresión.

wich wheelbase it is ?

Hi, it is something between 260mm (90mm Tires) and 270mm.

amazing job!!! :O
damn i will need to make a new build! the sj-410 is so awsome!!

I like to hear that :-)
