This is really cool and I hate to criticize it but there is absolutely no way those arms are going to print. The supports are completely inadequate. You might have a chance with not using the provided supports and I appreciate the attempt but come on, lets at least try to make things that are remotely printable before we share them. You would have been best not to include the supports.

Well, these supports were part of the original model I remixed, so I separated them to their own file and kept for those who want to use them. I agree that they look a bit too simple but I saw even simpler supports work on well tuned printers.

Thanks for the response. Part of my frustration is that this is the coolest Iron Man model I have found online period and the remix is great but I just don't think the arms will print as is. I wonder if the arms could be split for easier printing. This model is so cool and I want to print it so bad.... Plus the Slic3r support generation sucks so bad and with the Prusa MMU I am stuck with Slic3r.

Thanks. Did you try Meshmixer? It can generate "tree-like" supports which are usually much better than Slic3r for figurines and you can tune them any way you want, then just export separately and add as a part to the model (you can print them without infill to save time and material and have them break more easily, but you might want to enable z-lift to keep the head from breaking them when moving over).Or you might try the new Slic3r PE beta with support enforcers/blockers.
