What is used for the bar connecting the pump grip to the bolt sled in the Retaliator? Also, what infill should I print this at?

I used 1/8 inch thick, 1/2 inch wide aluminium flat bar for my Retaliator builds. Anything similar should work.

I printed mine with 3 walls and 20%infill.

How long should each of the PVC pipes be, for the included pump grip plus the default Magnus grip? And could I print a connecting bar out of PLA and have it still work?

I think you're going to need both pipes to be around 13.5 inches (or 34.5cm). If you're not sure then just cut the pipes a little longer and trim whatever you think is necessary after a test fit.

I don't think a printed bar would be strong enough unless it's rather thick/over built. You can try it but I'd recommend some variety of metal bar.

When you said 1 inch PVC pipes, is that in radius or diameter? How long do the pipes need to be? Thanks in advance! Keep shotgunning things!

It's diameter... sort of. "1 inch PVC" in this case is what the pipe is listed and sold as. The actual outer diameter is about 1 5/16" (or ~33m).

The length of the pipes depends on what size pump grip you want plus the length of the Retaliator's prime. You'll also want to add at least an extra inch of wiggle room so the pump doesn't bottom out. You could even make the pipes extra long for looks. It's kinda up to you how long they are.

good night, where could I buy the complete kit

Hi there! I don't sell 3D printed parts so I can't help you there. it'll be up to you to find and commission a store or individual to print your parts for you. Good luck!

This is sheer genius! I think I will have to make this. I was considering making a pump grip for the Retaliator but this so much cooler. I may end up removing the guard/priming cover from the blaster. I will be sure to post a make!

I printed v3 and it is a very tight fit. I was able to rotate it into place. I am looking forward to printing the rest of it!

A very tight fit was what I was going for. Do you feel like its too tight? Does it feel like the adapter might break from being repeatably installed/un-installed from a Nerf barrel attachment?

I would say that the fit on the blaster is perfect. Not tighter or looser. I have printed mine with 3 layers on the wall for a total wall thickness of 1.2 mm with 20% infill. The adapter feels very sturdy and I do not fear that it will break from repeated removals and installs. I would not change a thing! I plan on assembling it tomorrow once I get all of the parts done. I will keep you posted on the results.

I second that

Awesome, thanks for the feedback!

Hey ehdrien, I'm wondering if you have ever thought about making a Longshot pump grip? Thanks!
Also don't stop shotgunning things!

Sorry, I don't currently have any plans to design a Longshot pump grip. Maybe in the future but I've got a few non shotgun related Nerf project in the works ;)

You just keep knocking these out! SHOTGUN ALL THE THINGS!!!

What can I say? I have a problem and the only cure is more shotguns.
