As we all know, the malloria of electronic circuits that we can get on the internet come without any type of box. They are assembled and ready circuit.This is the case that concerns me buy an adjustable constant current electronic load in order to be able to make checks of battery chargers etc.
Well, that's why I decided to design a box to be able to mount the bike and so apart from protecting it from a more professional aspect when it comes to using it in the laboratory. I hope you like it.
Overview and Background
In addition to designing the box, I made some modifications such as replacing the circuit boards where the batteries are connected by some external bananas which facilitates their connection for testing.
First we have to disassemble the fan, desoldamos the connecting strips and soldered two cables that we will later connect to the bananas.
Where the bananas are placed just below in the printed circuit we will have to place some pieces of Capton tape to avoid some electrical contact, besides we will place some insulators of those used in the power transistors to avoid electrical contacts with the nuts that we have put in the box for can screw it.
