FULL 3D PRINTER ELECTRIC GUITAR
- I just reused the neck and the metal parts of an old guitar.
- All the cavities are specifically designed for any EMG pickups set.
- Strandberg guitar shape with some modifications.
- Screws (DIN 912) to assemble the parts:
Made to print on a 250mmx210mm bed.
All parts are made with PLA
TOP: 0,2 resolution, 15% infill, printed upside down with only build plate support.
MID: Rotate on z -60º ( Rotate the infill on the same angle to get a stronger part ), 0,25 resolution, 40% infill, suport ONLY BUILD PLATE (0,08 Z distance - 30% XY separation)
BOT: 0,2 resolution, 20% infill, suport ONLY BUILD PLATE (0,08 Z distance - dont support bridges)
RIGTH: 0,2 resolution, 20% infill, suport ONLY BUILD PLATE (0,08 Z distance - dont support bridges )
SMALL COVER: 0,2 resolution, 100% infill.
COVER: 0,2 resolution, 100% infill.
First attempt, adjusting tolerances, testing different configurations and materials. On the next attempt i got the final guitar.
