Hi There. Nice design. Looking at the opto version of the mount, the bit where the opto connector cable seems blocked. Or am I mistaken?

This one has space for just one optical endstop to the left (X0) (file ended with optoX) and you should modify it to use wires directly soldered to the sensor board instead of the plug.

does it work with original hypercube by tech2c? thank you for your work!

Thank you very much!!

It could be adapted to that. :D How is the head fixed to the X carriage with the original Hypercube?

There are 3 ways to do that:
1- Modify the fixing of this head to be compatible with Tech2C's X carriage (that would be better!)
2- Modify the X-Carriage of your printer to use Scott3D's "standard"
3- Create an adapter plate that interface both! This would add some distance but would open your possibilities of tools :D

Hi brunofport,I like your design very much. Can I provide CAD files in STP format? I want to modify the mounting holes. I cloned a 2020 hypercube and modified a lot of parts. Now the STL file doesn't work, thank you.

Thank you very much! Done! STLs are horrible to work with :D I use to always upload the stp of the assembled unit of my designs and I forgot it here.

But I am not sure if this stp file is the latest. Please check it (and ignore a DB9 if there one there I am planning to use one there) and if it is different of the stl files let me know to update it later.

I need to update the cooling ducts to direct the flow a little bit to the hot-end direction. The way it is now it does not help with small parts.

is the sock enough to keep it from melting?

Even without the sock, there is better clearance than the original head. :D
