HI WELL I HAVE MADE THE SKULL.. NOW CAN YOU GIVE ANY HINTS ON THE MOUTH/JAW PLEASE. MANY THANKS. I ADDED A PIC FOR YOU TO SEE..

Glue the two halves of the head base together, bend an aluminum rod in the shape of the lower jaw, drill a hole for the rod. Cover the head in painters tape, draw the fur pattern on it, use the painter's tape to make a pattern for cutting the fur. Sew the fur together and glue it to the head-base.

Hi i have scaled head back and front to 165mm what do i do with the ping pong ball holder scale wise? also the eyes lids how do you create these many thanks

The ping pong ball eye holder fits if the head is scaled to 165mm width - you have to glue that in - there are no attachment points in the model. The 3d-model for the eyelid is included in this model: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:198945 (the current size is for balls with 40mm diameter)

You assemble them like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-eVQl8eyqQc
