I printed it in PLA+ and had to trim the servo horn significantly to get it to fit in the slot, too.
I have some old arduinos and potentiometers and I will try to rig up a simple servo driver with that.

I really like what you are doing with this.

I printed one with white PETG. It is well designed for easy assembly except for one thing. I had to shave the edges of the servo horn that go into the right angle corners of the slot for the horn. My printer does not make that corner very sharp, and rounds it off slightly. I would suggest that you include features in the design to allow for this.

Now I have to get something to drive the servo.

Also, I took some time to update this model based on your tip & just reuploaded it. The horn press in slot should work right off the printer now!

I will print out your new version in the next day or two (I have a big print on my printer right now).

Great, thanks for the feedback and for sharing pics! Im gearing up for sharing this toy line at makerfaire and I am driving them with a couple different things. For less patient kids I have a 6 channel servo driver so you can just make it move:

Im also using the arduino electronics listed in this spreadsheet for joystick controls and computer ui control.
