This version of my Led Bar extruder is adjustable, it can be turned in many directions, paying attention even when the printer is running.
Print with 80% infill
For the connectors I used Dupont by putting inverted fennin male, so as to avoid the possibility of reverse polarity error. One connector has the male on the GND, the other on the VCC and obviously the opposite for the female connectors.
To keep the connectors still, I planned to insert them into guides. We need to insert them from above.
I used a led strip. The bar can accommodate up to 5 cm of strip, it is not necessary to put 5 cm, but from the tests I did, it seemed the best solution.
I used a strip of LED 2835 with 240 LEDs / m I had at home, so in 5 cm there are 12 LEDs.
I installed a switch on the front of the control unit, below the display
Just be careful not to point it too far down when the printer or extruder is very close to the print bed.
I do not know the other printers, but I think it can be easily adapted to other printers by changing the vertical support and keeping the sphere to allow movement
