This is an extruder visualizer made specifically for the MP mini delta. These are great and simple ways to show off the extruder while the printer is in action. We use them to allow people to easily identify when the extruder is moving and in what direction. They are great teaching tools for new people coming into 3D printing, as they allow someone to quickly identify if the extruder motor is an issue or not when troubleshooting. We wanted something like a windmill or turbine looking model as the orientation for the extruder on the delta fits with the theme. I could not find any already made for the MP mini delta, so I made this simple little model. I decided to go with the simple three blade setup, seen on many wind turbines. I measured the extruder motor shaft at 5mm diameter on this machine. I made the hole opening 4.9mm in diameter. This way it's more of a tighter fit and possibly a better hold on the shaft. The shaft is split so it can slightly expand around the extruder shaft.
