Wow, that's really nice !

Many thanks for the video :-) (if you want better result for the cover, add supports)

Hi, I have not taken any photos yet, however I did do a quick case using the Technical Drawings and mine fitted that with no issue. Do you have the CAD files available as I would like to remix this case if possible using Fusion 360

You have the FreeCAD files in the zip file. For other variations, check my GitHub.

Printed this on my calibrated printer and it was a tad small, printed it again scaled up a little and it printed perfectly

the antenna hole on the top was too small for all of my antennae so I made a new antenna using some wire and a SMA plug... happy days.

great design, I printed the MMDVM_HS_Top-Antenna-PCB-v1.6 and the MMDVM_HS_Bottom-SLIM, still waiting for a delivery of bolts.

Thank you for sharing! A very smart case

Printed at 0.2mm resolution and Pi Zero W does not fit in. Any ideas

Maybe your printer doesn't print at 1:1.

Maybe you could print a calibration cube to check its accuracy.

Have the Prusa i3 MK2S. I think the issue is that the 2 USB holes are slightly small. I'll try and make slightly larger.

That's wierd. Is the board fits ?
With genuine Pi Zero, the USB connectors fit nicely (I built 3 hotspots).

Can you post a picture ?

The Board Fits but slopes at One side where the 2 x USB Ports are very slightly larger. Will look at posting a photo tomorrow
