I just purchased from www.th3dstudio.com their awesome filament sensor(EZOut) and bed leveling kit(EZABL) for my CR-10. They make great products for all 3D printers, and was on my birthday list. Well I got them last week and installed them. I already had a filament guide installed to prevent the filament from hitting the Z-Axis screw. So I figured I use the filament guide by Greg(http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2186253) as a starting point and add on the filament sensor. This way the whole unit would click onto the extruder vs. having the filament sensor hanging off the filament somewhere. So I made the mount so the filament sensor clicks into it, and is easily removable to feed new filament when changing spools.
I printed the whole thing vertically and sliced it with Cura with Tree supports enabled.
Make sure the grove on the buttom of the bracket where it clips onto the Extruder is free of any support material. I had to clean mine a little as there was some extra material in there preventing the bracket from clipping on.
