Could you make a version with the extruder motor moved down by 3-5mm? (Or release the step or f3d file) My motor hits the frame.

Are you using a short pancake motor? Did you move your bed back a little so your travel covers the bed without hitting the frame? That's what I had to do. I'll add the files so you can mod it later today.

I am using a thicker E3D motor and I have not shifted my bed back. Unfortunately I cut my plexiglass already so moving thing around will leave some holes

I just checked my files for this design on fusion 360 and it is missing parts. So I tried to rebuild it and uploaded it as a step and f3d file. Hope this helps.

Awesome! Thank you!

I just made a new cooling fan for this BMG head. I will post it today.

thanks, I appreciate it. Printing now. :-)

what have people used for a part cooling fan for this mount? The spacing between the hot block and where the e3d goes into the BMG extruder is limited and I've yet to find a good clip on part fan.

Added the cooling fan and mount. Mounts on back of head. I'll add pictures later.

I would like to ask you, if you can see some ringging or acceleration effects, while printing with this head..
I´m using for while this mount for BMG - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2768735, but I´m loosing space on X axis.
So If I printed your extruder mount and remove the front aluminium profile, like the bro here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qn37TAT7aXY
It will be best solution..

Thank you for your reply

No ringing as for me. It's no worst than many other heads with the motor on them. If anything with a small motor like I used it should be less likely to ring. Just have to adjust your acceleration settings.
