zxcvbn did a great job making CV joints for the URSA Bear truck however i found the tolerance to be too loose on some of the parts. This results in too much play between gears and damage can occur to the Bevel Gears on the input shaft. the gears can also jam and cause the axle case to split the top cover.
This rework does 4 main things:
1)tightened the tolerance of the input shaft bearings back to 11.9mm which match tahustvedt tolerance on the original shaft and fit the bearings snuggly. this stops the Wiggling that occurs from too much play.
2) i decreased the backlash between the bevel gears .1mm to again tighten them up and put a little more gear face mesh together to prevent skipping and broken tooth damage.
3) added 2 rings to the input shaft around the 1.75-2mm shaft for the CV Joint this allows you after installing the pin to add a R-09 O-ring over the top to just help keep the pin from falling out if it is loose. you can also use anything that fits tight over the pin like a rubber band looped a few times or you can just use some super glue, the extra o-ring is optional i just wanted a clean way to also pop the pin out and reuse it as needed.

4) zero tolerance between Bevel gear Hex shaft and CV input body. this requires a little hammering to install the bevel gear however it eliminates play completely. if your printer is tuned up you should be able to get these parts together. remember to install the 2 bearings first on the CV body input shaft then install the bevel gear, hammer it so it fully seats.
this helps remove as much play as possible between the input and counter gear and will give you a much stronger gear mesh.
all other parts are the Same from zxcvbn so for now this just replaced the axle input CV joint.
you will need 2 sets of these for a complete truck, front and rear axle case.
