How has this held up for you since you installed it? Does it add much resistance to the Y axis motion? Did you make yours out of PETG/ABS/Nylon, as I assume PLA would warp that close to the heatbed?

It still works great, haven't need to replace anything yet. I add motor oil for lubrication every now and then, which makes it appear like there is almost no Y axis resistance (at least I've never noticed any motor skipping). Everything printable was made from regular PLA. No warps so far, I think the spring is enough distance to sperate it from the effect of the heat bed.

Amazing design and so great that you've included the Fusion 360 files!! I also have a Geeetech A30 that I want to mount this to and may have one of the CAD guys at work do some mods for me!!

Glad to hear it, let me know how it goes!

This looks awesome, a No Fuss bed levelling system,... I'll have to try mod this to fit a GEEETech A30, I think my clone is based on the CR-10, although, I think the actual steel bed may be a different shape, I can't say, because I've never seen a CR-10 Y-Axis without the heat-bed attached.

I shall post a Make when I have had time to make this, and Thank you, for the Fusion 360 files, I wish more people to add them files.

Thanks, Again.

Good to hear it can help a few more people beyond the CR-10 crowd. I figured there are more then CR10 variants so including the 360 files just helps more people.

I am interested in the Fusion 360 project for this. I'm looking to figure out the modifications needed to make this work for a Creality CR 10 S5 (500x500x500). I'm having issues keeping this bed level (think I might have to change out the bed heater and the print bed itself to help solve this), but having easier access to the leveling knobs would be awesome.

Did anyone get this working on a S5 yet?

I've added a link to the main description.

This is pretty awesome.

Thanks! Hopefully, this works out for lots of other people.
