What would you recommend for support settings for printing this? I put the front into Cura and have 80% overhang and it shows a TON of support with a total build time of over 2 days. I am a little hesitant to pull the trigger with a print time that long.

I print my head bases without support - have not had any print failures on the overhangs yet. I usually print at 0.2mm layer height, with 15% infill, outside wall thickness at least 3 layers. If your printer does not do overhangs well: use Meshmixer to create a support structure.

I was just wondering, what it the benefit of putting holes in the models?

The holes bring better ventilation, reduce the weight and make the mask more stable when using minimal infill.

Very small eyes do not really work for a costume. The short lower jaw is not very practical either.
