I love your design, I printed one for my Wanhao Duplicator 4S, fits perfectly. The only problem, that I found is the fans shake out of their places. I don't want to glue them. Can you share the design in other files then .stl (.step would be like heaven)? Thanks for sharing this awesome part cooling fan duct. I will post a made as soon as I can.

Hi, Do you have a link to the blowers you used? Have a FlashForge clone of a clone of a clone I'm trying to get some part cooling on. I did a front mount but unless i set the bed size smaller it bashes into the door, so your solution looks perfect.

Those are exactly the fan I used.

Please, remember to print the blower in a heat resistant material, polycarbonate or nylon should be perfect, but maybe nylon is too flexyble.

Yeah, I printed it in PETG. Higher heat resistance like ABS, but much easier to print with and no nasty fumes.

I suggest that you print that thing in polycarbonate, PETG will deform after the first print...20 meters of PC filament would suffice, if you don't have a right bottom plate to make it stick, just use moak on glass (ABS dissolved in acetone)...don't use the buildtak or other unuseful things if you will do, they make you only spend money...this will solve the plate sticking problem for that kind of material.

I've never had any issues with PETG deforming. Like I said i had a previous fan mount for the front in PETG and it worked fine, it just limited my Y axis build area.
