hi Splund,
does this fit only the regular Mavic or the Mavic 2 series. great design

Sorry but I cant answer that question as I have never seen a Mavic 2
Bob

thanks for the quick reply.

My apologies if I missed this information somewhere... Does this float system work with the Mavic Air?

Love the clean/light weight design!

I cant help you with your question as I'm not into drone flying anymore.
Sorry

How snugly does this hold the noodles or do they need to be wired in?

Printed the base and it fits perfectly. However, in trying to fit the legs, the sockets cracked. I've bound them with duct tape (only printed 2 so far) and will sand the next 2 in order to make the fit a bit smoother.

Didn't read the instructions carefully enough and drilled the base holes through in order to fit M5 screws and Nyloc nuts - little bit heavier but stronger.

Planning on using pipe insulation as I haven't sourced any pool noodles locally yet. Seems to be a perfect fit although not sure how the buoyancy will be. Tried the clip on various bottles in a (UK) supermarket today - the Monster Energy bottles are a perfect fit and are 550ml each - implying 1100ml total volume.

hi spandit,
are you flying a Mavic or Mavic 2

Mavic Pro (not the 2)
