Do you have a 'shaved' version of the case - a little more plain - without the jet vents? Just a remix...

No, not currently. You can find the files on TinkerCAD if you want to mod them yourself, but I have no plans on further development for this project. The original from which I derived this is pretty plain, if that's what you want have a look at the CR-10 case by CippyO (the link is in the "Remixed from" section under Details).

it might be better for the power supply ventilation, if the power supply was vent out of the bottom of the case. also it would be nice to widen the case to accommodate a better power supply, such as the Mean Well SE-450 Power Supply, which is 10mm wider, & 10mm longer?

I considered venting out the bottom, but I prefer this setup as it makes mounting the screws a bit easier. The fan above the PSU should pull air up off the PSU and push it up through the vent on top (which can have another exhaust fan), while fresh air is pulled in through the side and front vents, a setup which should provide plenty of ventilation. See attached file for a better idea of what I mean.

As for a better PSU, I haven't heard anyone else tell me that it needs upgrading, most people just switch to an AC heated bed and then the stock PSU is more than sufficient. I will consider it for Mach 2.0, but I don't think most people will find it useful. If you want to mod it yourself, you can find the source file on TinkerCAD, where you can copy and modify it to your liking. The link is in the Printing Notes section of the Thing description.

Happy Making!

I really like this case, I have a few questions / suggestions: will this hold the stock cr-10 LCD screen?, if this is for the stock cr-10 mainboard, aren't the sd and usb slots reversed?, where does the mosfet go?, what are the 2 mounting tabs behind the mainboard for?

Hello, thanks for the comment. I am not sure if it will fit the stock CR-10 screen, some of the screw mounts might not line up because this one is designed for the graphic LCDs that have a secondary board for the control dial and buzzer (See attached image for dimensional specs). This will fit any of the CR-10 line mainboards, but on the upgraded 10S mainboard a few of the screws will not line up. The USB and SD appear reversed because in the stock CR-10 control case the mainboard is mounted upside down in the top, whereas here it is mounted right side up in the bottom. The mosfet goes on the 4 screw mount points behind the mainboard mount and above the fan, I believe these are the 'mounting tabs' you refer to.
Hope that helps!
