Warning - before print, make sure your printer is calibrated good. Sides of upper gearbox must be exactly 179mm long. If you have to scale details to make them appropriate sized, scale all oter details of this project too.
Left and right sides of lower gearbox (layer 0.2, infill 40%), lay on flat side, supports, not support bridges.
Left and right inserts (lowerbox_insert) (layer 0.2, infill 40%), lay on flat side (where holes for bushings are smaller),no supports.
Back part (lowerback) (layer 0.2, infill 40%), lay on flat bottom,no supports.
Cover (layer 0.2, infill 40%), lay on flat bottom,no supports.

Wires for motor
Take all parts, remove extra plastic traces, drill all holes to be exactly 3 and 4 mm.
Holes for m3 nuts intentionally left blind to ensure good printing without support. Drill them through.
Drill m6 holes in left and right inserts and install bushings.
Install inserts into left and right side of gearbox. File them a bit - they must sit firmly in places, but be extractable with some force.
Blind holes in front and back of box made for alighment pins. Best pins can be made of 3 mm plastic thread, but you may make them of headless m3 screws e.t.c.
Install gears, nuts (1 m3 and 1 m4), antireverse latch and spring.
Left side of gearbox
Install right part of gearbox (may be tricky). Tighten m3 screws, than check shimming of gearbox. Shim until all gears will rotate easyly, but without wobble.
Prepare motor wires
Install back plate, motor wires should run like shown on next picture.
Install lower cover and secure it by m3 screw. Lower gearbox is ready.
