The holes for the M3 Screws are to small for my opionen. Are little bit bigger and the screw fit good. I had problems to mount it into the holes.

Ty for the model.

Your new supports were very easy to remove and left a clean break. I used this as a back plate and kept my OEM front mounting plate and now my direct drive hot end does not move at all while still running smooth. I did have to make some much shorter spacers which also benefited a tighter package. My prints are so much better even pushing to 100mm speed.
Thank you so much for this remix which has allowed me to create excellent contact with all 3 wheels. A 4 wheel version would be great to try at some point if I don't convert to a linear rail.

Muy bueno, muchas gracias

Would you mind sharing the CAD files (or possibly make a new version for me)? I need the hotend mounts to be 20mm apart for the M3D QuadFusion hotend.

Thanks!

Very interested in this project, but.

Spent 10 hrs printing at 0.2mm @ 14mm/s.

The blocks on the underside of the carriage top did not separate as expected.(where lower carriage slots up)
Better to not include them and use the slicer supports.
Any chance of a modified top please?

Like the concept, but can you post file without supports? They are not easy to remove.

I will be posting an updated version of this later today. It will still have the support on the upper side, but the lower one will be oriented and not need supports. The newer version will have a much beefier slide area for the two pieces to join together.

New files are uploaded. The supports on the upper side are still there, but should be easier to remove. The lower side is oriented to not need supports.

Excellent, please send photos of the part in place !!
