I downloaded the file and put it straight into CorelDRAW 2017, and after a test raster with the mudguards it all seems too big, I printed the rearmost section of the mudguards and it came out to be 16.9 mm long, is this correct?

I'm just making sure everything is to scale before wasting the pretty expensive wood

Hello, if you are talking about this part : https://ibb.co/Cn70hsv
It is 16,5 mm long, that's the closest length i found about the rear mudguard you told me.

Is it this piece ?

Yes, thank you, it just looked off due to the size

I'm sorry, i meant wide !

When I finally managed to cut out the pieces they did not fit, the mudguard was not thick enough, is the scaling off?

I did not mess with the part sizes at all

I would post a picture but the "add file" button does not work

I'm sorry for the loss of the wood, it's weird that softwares rescale the design...Mine is on scale according to Illustrator (a Xmm piece will be Xmm once cut)

After careful resizing I did a test print and it worked, I'm planning to get the rest printed soon

Could you use 1/8" Material or would that extra .007" kill all of the slot tolerances?

I think there is too much extra thickness. i suggest you to cut it with a scale of 3.175 mm / 3 mm = 105.8 %

This is amazing! Great work and thank you for sharing this with us.

No problem ! I'm glad you liked it ;)
