Hey man can you send me the part missing here

trying to print this, but since my bed is 6x6 i have to use this design (instead of the full piece one) to assemble it together...is there any way i could get file 2 so i can finish this please?

Where might I find the second part of this model? The file 2 of 5 seems to be missing.

I took it off because it was having errors for most people. I can email it to you if you want to give it a try.

New version available at ---> https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2662622
Needs to be cut down for printing. Let me know how it works out for you.

I'm not sure what you mean? Can you explain more?

I figured out that all of the files are corrupt and I tried every possible fix and nothing worked. Im using simplify 3d btw

Star Wars Deathwatch Westar-35 (New version w/ sights)

I printed piece 2 multiple times with different slicers, but it was always flawed. Thank you for uploading a revised model.

You're welcome! I hope everything turns out great! It'd be great if you could post a "make" too. I'd love to see how you're comes out.

I finished printing these parts. I made no modifications to the downloaded files aside from fixing the mesh so that s3d would slice it properly. The fully assembled blaster is 13" long. This is much too large.

You mentioned uploading corrected files but the files I printed are huge.

I took down all previous files and replaced them with new STLs. You were correct, it was the 13" version, sorry for that. The new ones should be about 10" x 5" x 1.25" as a whole. You can either download the new STLs or downsize your current files 75%. I hope this works for you! Happy printing!!

thank you. I'll print your new files next on my queue of props. I'm casually becoming an armory for my local squad in the 501st. Turns out a local mando wants the larger format Westar that I ended up with. No wasting plastic!!

I genuinely appreciate your swift responses and file corrections.

Awesome, glad I could help! Also glad nothing went to waste either!

Really? I'm sorry, let me check these files again.

No worries. I did the math and rescaled them in S3D. I'll print another one at 81% to get the end result closer to the 10.5" size.

I'm having an issue making simplify3d slice the largest part, file 2 of 5. Each time I slice it, regardless of orientation on the build plate, the model leaves empty spaces that would collapse on itself when printing. Does anyone have a working s3d factory file for this? Or tips on how to make this piece print properly?

I usually slice in Cura. I've never sliced this one in S3D. Perhaps you can run it through a patch program such as Netfabb or Mesh Mixer. My computer is currently being repaired so I'm not able to convert it at the moment. Hope this helps!

I ran the stl file through microsoft's stl repair service (https://tools3d.azurewebsites.net/) and that solved the problem. I'm not sure if that qualifies as a remix, but I'd be happy to upload the corrected files if anyone else is having difficulties printing.

Yeah that would be great! Thanks!

Could you make these blasters in stl format?

*Death Watch Blasters

You don't happen to have .stl? My son loves these!

You can easily convert to stl online. Just search for and stl converter. Happy printing!

Wish they were STL instead, but will attempt to convert.

thanks for the updated files,, i was just getting ready to print the old ones,, i will let you know how it goes :D

I'll second AOxolossus216's comment, still got the files for the pieces ??. T.I.A.

Sorry it took so long. Files have been uploaded. Enjoy and please leave feedback! Thanks!

Do you still have the files for individual pieces? My printer bed isn't big enough to print the entire thing :/
