How do you actually snap them together? I been trying like crazy but I just can't.

cool design but the hinges did not work for me, I would like to redesign them to use a small metal pin like real glasses, even if it is a piece of a paper clip it would be better.

The original design that I remixed these off of worked just like that! ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:22514 )The snap together nubs can be finnicky depending on what type of printer you're using. They're definitely more art than science.

WHY ARE THEY SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BIG???????
IM PRINTN THEM SMALLER TOTALY.
I HAVE SMALLER FACE. I GESS.

nope, just the seperates do that. lolollololololololol

how big of a print volume is needed?

never mind. i got a small printer & face printing @ 0.03 scale tonight.

How long does it take ? Need a response asap if possible

It's been a while since I've printed a pair, but they were pretty fast on a makerbot replicator 2. I think the quickest way to find out would be to print a pair

Why are the individual parts so large?

Are they? My STL scale might be in mm instead of inches or vice versa

i know right?

Hi Kataze,
Awesome stuff! Love your work! These will go perfect for a costume night I have coming up :-)
Yes please, I'm definately interested in the separate files!
Could you possibly please post these?

Thankyou! :-)

Done! Sorry that took so long!

the right temple doesn't want to slice or render, nor is it repairable in netfabb. ideas?

netfabb worked for me by inverting the right temple piece. Had to export just that part from sketchup first.

worth trying it in http://cloud.netfabb.comcloud.netfabb.com. worked fine for me there :)

Hmm, not offhand. Are you using Slic3r? I ran this off a Stratasys machine on the first go round, and haven't tested it in pronterface yet... =-X
