UPDATE: 5/17/18 I have changed a couple things and uploaded a new revision. In order to accomodate a bed leveling sensor mount (still in progress), I modified the carriage body to be a little wider while adding some ribbing to help with stiffness (giggity). Both the left and right fan mounts are now detachable.
This is a mount for the CR-10 in order to use a genuine E3D Titan extruder in direct drive configuration. This includes a few variations with some optional components thrown in.
Carriage Body - available with no fan, or with 1 or 2 5015 fans. This mount results in a 6mm offset on the Y axis from where the original nozzle sits, but in line on the X axis. The nozzle height should also the same as the original nozzle (no need to adjust the Z axis endstop). As this was designed for the E3D brand Titan extruder, if you use a clone, it should work but the measurements may not be the same.
Attachments - optional attachments for the 5015 fans. I am in the process of designing an attachment for a standalone EZABL sensor or 5015/EZABL combo attachment, but I don't have an EZABL so I would need measurements and desired offsets.
Optional clips - included 2 versions of a clip for the top of the carriage to make the mounting a little more rigid.
4 - m3x8 screws for the carriage
3 - m3x8 screws for the fan mounts
1 or 2 - m3x8 screws for the optional clip (depending on style)
1 - m3x20 screw per 5015 fan (threaded directly into the plastic)
