X Tensioner for CR-10 / CR-10S
Upgraded the guide system and simplified all the models
Unified the screws dimensions (with my other tensioner versions)
Modified the minimum belt tensioning position (for short belts)
Slightly increased the tolerances compared to previous models
Added a New Shaped Knob, more "fancy" than the previous version.
Printing Tips :
Body --> Print in Vertical (better with supports, but not strictly necessary)
Screw --> Print Horizontally, lying on the flat face
Knob --> Print in Vertical (No supports Required)
Hardware Requirement :
For the OEM Version :
1 Screw M8x25
2 Bearings F688Z
1 Screw M4x8 (Button Head)
1 T-Nut M4
For the GT2 Version :
1 GT2 Pulley 20T
1 Screw M3/M4/M5 x20 (according the Pulley bearings)
1 Screw M4x12 (Button Head)
1 T-Nut M4
The models are designed for the material stated below.
All the pieces has been tested and fit correctly.
If you cannot fit the pieces after the print, you are doing something wrong!
(Sorry guys, but I am tired of comments from people who are unable to print, and blame the models...)
The tensioner has been designed for the CR-10 (and relative versions), but can be used also for the Ender 3, and similars printers that uses 2020 V-slots profiles.
