I couldn't get it to play. It printed perfectly. Disapointed

I am really sorry to hear that. :(
How did you print it, The two halves or the single piece? I've gotten the best results from printing the halves, only required one print for each half

So what I did was I printed both halves and attatched two blocks to the sides and screwed them together (to maintain the correct orientation), then I placed epoxy around the rim to make sure it was sealed. I can't get a sound out of it, tried for about 30 minutes. I don't think I'm doing it wrong??? I didn't scale it or anything, left it as is.

By the sounds of it, it should work.
I'm hoping I didn't just get lucky with my print, but any wind instrument will require a printing that can handle bridging well.
Hopefully there isn't stringing in the wind-pipe as I've heard that can mess with certain 3d printed wind-instruments, namely recorders. Also, this ocarina is more of a soft breath than a full blow, so more like an exhale/sigh.

I managed to pry it apart since the epoxy isn't a 100% cured, this is what the top piece looks like, anything look wrong?

Yeah, breathing softly I get just a bit more sound very faint whistling that doesn't change with tone change but that's all. It's a very clean print, I didn't see any stringing.

Nothing looks wrong, and it definitely should be a faint whistle. Sadly I'm out of ideas, I'm very sorry <:(
The only thing I can think of is that maybe it isn't airtight, but that really makes no sense since you're using screws. I use CA glue instead of epoxy on my prints, so that might be a factor.
Regardless, I'm sorry my model didn't work. If I knew what the problem was I'd update the model, but it's very unclear to me why it isn't working. Hope your other prints go much better than this one

Alright. Thanks anyways. Maybe it just printed weird for me but maybe you did get lucky, if you can spare the fillament I'd double check it. That's so weird. Get back to me on the results, maybe I'll try again on different settings.

Sadly, I won't be able to print anything until early August so it might have to wait.
One other thing, I remember that I printed a second one; a left handed/mirrored version and worked just as well. If I did get lucky, then the planets aligned when I printed the second.
Before printing a second one of my models and if you haven't already, I recommend printing seggybop's pendant-style ocarina. That model definitely works and should give you an idea if your printer can handle creating wind instruments.
