Unfortunately I didn't read the comments before I wasted my time printing the first version out. They don't fit. If I get them to fit I will be happy to upload a fixed version

Yes I confirm that the dimension of the case are wrong. I've just received trianglelabs tlsmoother and dimension of 1 piece is 2.8cm large and 4.9cm long. Just need to scale a little bit in cura to the desired dimension and this is ok.

Thank you for this model anyway.

I'm new in 3D-Print. Is it enough to scale the model in x + y up to 115%?
I use Cura.

unfortunately this didn't fit

Can you give me the dimensions of your TL-Smoothers?

My TLS+ are 2.8cm large and 4.9cm long. Space Connector to the edge 7mm.

Is it enough to scale the model in x + y + z up to 115%?
I use Cura.

But I don't need it, I have the 1.1.4 Board inside ;-)

Hi. None of My TL Smoother Plus fit in this. The are longer and wider than the box allows.

Same here, but apparently you can tweak it yourself..... But SolveSpace would'nt run on latest Mac OS version...

can you tell me the three main dimensions of this smoother ? I want to design a case on my own with space for those smoothers but I do not know the dimensions yet. Thanks

Each TL-Smoother v1.1 is 25mm x 48mm x 8mm. You probably want a little extra clearance on all side (at least 0.5mm).
(The inside width of my case is about 100.5mm, which fits the 4 TL Smoothers that are still attached together.)
Good luck with your case!

is there a 5 board option?

Sorry, no 5 board option, but please feel free to download my source files from the "Thing Files" tab and modify it yourself. Those files can be edited with Solvespace, which is free open source CAD software: http://www.solvespace.com

(BTW, I don't think you don't need TL-Smoothers on your Z axis. I use them on my X, Y, and extruder.)

Hi;
Thank you for the beautiful design. I printed one of these first this versions. In the second version, the top cover with air vents is great. Please design this top cover in the first version? I just want to reprint the top cover. Thank you.

I just downloaded this and I dont see a v2 with vents...
