The model looks amazing! Currently printing one for a friend. Would it be possible to get a version of the two body pieces that are split, similar to the legs? Would save a lot of material and print time that way.

Thank you for your kind words ! I don't understand which parts you are talking about though ^^. You want to split the body parts? I'm not sure I get it.

I meant Body_left and Body_right. If split horizontally, they could be printed almost without support and retain details better since support tends to leave a coarse surface.

Yes but I just tried and it's not that simple. I'm pretty sure this would make a visible seam on the front and it would be a pain to glue every little piece of camera, gun support, ... Printing the body parts vertically like I did didn't need that much of support. The only coarse surfaces I had were the ones between the side body and the middle.

If you want to do it anyway, you can cut the models with 3D Builder if you have Windows 10. It's really easy to use.

Hmm... I hadn't thought of orienting them that way. Will definitely give it a try. Thanks a bunch! ^^
I'll make sure to post a make when it's done. If "epic" ever applied to any 3d printing project, this would be it.

Thanks ! That's the one I'm the most proud of. I thought I mentionned this somewhere but it seems I didn't... The body parts are definitely cut to be printed vertically ^^.

Looks amazing!

Would it be possible to have the legs as one piece, without splitting?

I have access to a HP MultiJet Fusion printer, and it can print without needing the parts to be split.

Thank you!

I have a problem, the missile launcher and the hub are super small and I don't know how much to scale them

Of you are still having this issue, you can open the file in Windows 3D builder and resave as an STL which should work correctly. I had the same issue after downloading the file from another site

Can't wait to print this, gonna be awesome!

Can't wait to see it printed ! :P

Just waiting for my Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus to be delivered
