Hey Venoom2001. Would you let me know what settings and material you're using? I'm not having those issues, so I'd like to make some more test models so I can try and reproduce it. If I can duplicate the issues I can adjust the model.

Pla 210c 60bed, top/bottom not fit perfectly-small misalignment gap. I used carbon blades, really light. The adapter can’t handle 30mph+ speed on altitude mode then hit the brake by flipping into gps. Just snapped midair.
Thread hole a bit too tight.

Ah. That’s probably the issue then. If you’ll notice in the “details” I mention that it will need to be a material like Nylon or CoPA — PLA is just too weak to handle the stress and speed of the rotation. Give that a shot and let me know what happens. Also, if you increase the scale a hair you can account for the variance in the hole size.

this design has some unknown flaws. Be warned, prop will come loose during fly and drone drop out of sky. Tested 2 sets and they all snapped/broke

Do you by any chance have 3D models of the props as well ? I'm trying to make a duct and want to make a few simulations first. I sadly do not have the equipment to measure the props precisely.

I don't sorry.

Hmm. I don’t have that problem. What material are you using, and at what settings?

I've tried them.
IMHO they are too thin at the edges : two times, at takeoff, one of the adapter exploded, throwing the blades apart... One of the blades was sticking in the wooden bench behind me !

I'll try the other adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2467753) or perhaps try to design my own.
