This is an housing for the Geeetech I3 B pro acrylic with the GT2560 board. Probably it will fit other similar models. I used a 90x90mm fan because it's very silent compared to the original fan and it blows the stepper drivers too.
Only 4 screws with nuts and 4 self-tapping screws are needed to fix the cover.
It is possible to mount the cover without detach any cable.
Note for the cover (the biggest part to print) : this part requires almost al the space of the bed. Watch out the printer when it starts to print and be sure the nozzle or the sensor doesn't touch the glass clips.
Supports are needed only for this part.
How to mount
Step 1 - Fix the two brackets to the printer using 2 screws with nuts for each bracket (see photo below, the brackets are white)
Step 2 - Fix the fan to the external face of the cover.
Step 3 - Fix the fan cover to the fan
Step 4 - Fix the cover to the brackets using 2 small self-tapping screw for each bracker.
Be sure the cable of the X stepper is long enough to move along the whole Z axis.
