Printing this now. I think the Tray gear and tray tolerance could be bigger. Im having a hard time sliding them in. But overall this si going to look graet thanks!

i am printing this one
just want to say that printingthe gears is a real problem
reson: http://prntscr.com/iviq28
where is a gup there

it's a spacer so the whole face of the gear does not rub.

Anyone have any luck with this? Printed off all the pieces but nothing is going together without sanding. Checked the models and it's showing 0 tolerance on the main shaft/gears/housing. My first guess was rookie designer mistake but he has quite the assortment of designs so I figured he'd be past this gotcha.

There should be a 0.2mm to 0.4mm tolerance on the moving parts.I know it might be a little tight but I did put in the instruction that parts need a light sanding, to ensure it will be a better fit as all printers are different. I am sorry you are having trouble.

Lol, well .4 would be on the larger end, with .2 being good enough for most printers. Not going to waste my time measuring all your parts, but in case anyone is curious about the ones I specifically mentioned: https://imgur.com/a/9HgcA

Just something people should be aware of before printing. sanding 0 tolerance parts is a riot.

I see that is a stationary part with 0mm of tolerance I will ensure all future parts have at least 0.1mm clearance.

i would do more than .1 Most 3d printers do .4 well. Any thing under .3 can be hard.

I just spend alot of money for Pens, just so i have a use for this when i print this :D
love the design, keep up the good work.
