Made to fit 23.5mm inside diameter shower riser rod tubes.
Has an integral locating lug to stop the rotation (twisting) of the shower rod, and there is a drip/breather hole in the round end.
This was printed in ASA so that it would be resistant to UV exposure and made it amenable to being acetone smoothed.

Bed Temperature: 90°C
TPU seals -
Layers: 0.1mm, 2 top, 2 bottom, 1 shells
Infill: 20% Full Honeycomb
Print Temperature: 215°C
Bed Temperature: 45°C
M10 x 23mm hex socket cap head (Allen) stainless steel engineer's screw. [1.5 pitch]
(I had a couple of spares left over from when I replaced the bolts on my old BMW K100RS drive shaft)
In case you cannot obtain a suitable fastener and want to make something, the dimensions are -

Head diameter: 15.5mm

Total length: 32.72mm
The central fixing hole is sized for a countersunk screw with an 8mm diameter head.
