Up for sharing is a perpetual machine designed to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Lingnan University.
Scientists and engineers have been dreaming of ways to obtain renewable energy long before MDG and SDG were named. Perpetual machine is the product of such endeavour. While we all know these machine are technically impossible, because the shift of centre of gravity would cancel out the initiate eventually, these machines represents our tireless pursue for renewable energy. It serves as a good reminder for scientists, engineers and innovators that our search for sustainable future is merely at the very beginning.
To print the complete set, you need the followings:
1 x PM Hub.stl
1 x PM Stand.stl
12 x PM Pendulum.stl
12 x M2-20 screw (can cut paper clips into short pins as temporary replacement for screws)
PM Hub.stl needs support. I used PVA for best results.
PM Stand.stl needs support for the engraved letters to be printed properly.
PM Pendulum.stl needs no support but build plate adhesion is recommended.
