Nick Wilde Stand

Whoa, nice stand !
I'm happy to know that you appreciate this model !
Have a nice day. :)

Dude did you sculpt that in vr sculpting software. If you did that is really amazing. Ive used it before and am 1/20th as good in it as I am in zbrush

Hello, VR was used to add some details on the model (tail, eyes, coin, hands, shoulders, etc..), to increase the number of polygons, and to clean some artefacts generated by meshmixer (when boolean union some parts for exemple).

I find easier to manipulate in 3D, the VR tools have made great progress recently.
Have a nice day !

Wow props to you! Really well done, very clean model. Different strokes I suppose. I would love to be any good at sculpting in VR its very strangely interactive. Thanks for posting

Hey. What colors Vellejo used. You can give the color numbers.

Hello Eliot,
I used the Game color set from Vallejo.

For the orange fur: a mix of 72.008, 72.010, 72.043
For the brown fur: a mix of 72.043, 72.051
For the white fur: 72.034
For the shirt: a mix of 72.028, 72.001, 72.006
For the tie: a mix of 72.022, 72.051 (for blue), and 72.010 (for red)
For the trousers: mix of 72.049 and 72.051
For the eyes: 72.001, 72.030, 72.051

Hope it helps !

Cool. Thank you very much.

You said this was printed at 0.2mm layer height. How on earth did you get that finish so smooth!?

Hello, I used a primer filler on the model before painting. Basically, a filler will fill the gaps between layers.
Then you will have to sand to make the imperfection disappear.

Note that the primer filler will hide some details of your print, but that's not a real problem here ;)

Have a nice day !

Thank you a lot !
I learned a lot of things on this one :)
