This play dough press is designed to make the play dough come out like pasta noodles of five different shape. Dimensions (L x W x H) are 70 x 70 x 125mm.
I recommend using between four and six shells/perimeters so that the resulting parts are sufficiently strong. Consider using infill greater than 50% for Part A (the base).
I started by creating a 2D drawing of the green Part B (the one with the five different shapes inside a large circle) and a second 2D drawing (a certain distance apart from the first drawing on the Z axis) with five circles inside a larger circle. I created a series of lofts between the two drawings and subtracted the resulting shapes from what was essentially a disc to create Part B. I then worked on Parts C (blue), D (red), and ended with Part A (purple). I had to figure out a way to lock Part A in place while still allowing Part C to rotate. A cylinder stacked over an hexagonal prism did the trick. I finished by smoothing the sharp edges.
