when when i open with cura this jumbo sized file reduces down to 20 x 20 x 7.2 mm?

Total weight/usage of filament ? ;-)

The total weight, including lamp, is about 1,1kg. So I guess there is about 1kg of filament in this lamp. The total material cost for pla, lamp and wiring came down to about €40 for me (excluding production failures).

Amount of top/bottom layers and outline/perimeter shells ? For the body/torso my S3D estimates around 730g filament (including support)..
What did you use for slicing - and any recommendations on the support/settings in general ?

The settings I used where lost when I updated Cura. If I remember correctly I had 3 outer shell layers and 3 top/bottom layers.
I printed the chest without support. The rest of the settings I used where mentioned in the print settings I put in the 'Things Details'.

Nice that you're doing this project. Hope this helps. Good luck printing!
