Awesome 3D print...what software did you use to design it?

Comments deleted.

Can you provide some information on how you calculate the vase?

My friend did guess that you have used the Julia fractal set, without known the name of the vase :-)

The Shell version has 2 error's.

Not just on this design. I did the Heatwave too and it has a few.
It looks like the stl has multiple layers but they overlap and "mush together" when they slice and print. I can see it when I view the slice, layer by layer.
This is my Bloom in progress.

Thank you for the design! I share my attemp on makes

i've been trying to print this recently using cura with spiralize contour and with 1 shell, i have had the issue with some of the curves not laying down right, and getting stretched across the gaps resulting in the vase not being watertight. do you have any tips for printing this? i'm using 3mm layers with clear PLA and going really slowly at 5mm/s

What program do you use to slice this model?

excellent work

Excuse the question, but what is the software that you used to make this file? I have seen that many users use the same software, and would like to acquire a good program for modeling.

No problem, as I explain in the description, this was done using a toolset I am building myself using c++, which at some point in the future will be released for everyone to play with :-)

Dunno if you still come around, but was this program ever released to be used?
