Thing was remixed!

Reason: original have problems with hole matching with BMG extruder, and sensor possition was wrong. Additinally i add holes for wire fixation.

I'm having the same filament sensor problem as everyone else... I have redesigned it with a smaller offset filament hole. If that solves the problem I will post a remix

Hey, This is almost perfect! Great work. Only issue I'm having is that the sensor doesn't fit low enough so the filament hits the sensor, or the hole needs to move about 1/8 of and inch towards the chip. My 1.75 filament is not tripping the sensor.

hello, thanks for this nice design. is there any chance you could provide the fusion file for this? the limit switch sits too high to be triggered and needs to be lowered a couple mm.

Am I the only one who can sneak filament past the sensor causing it to trip? I swear it only detects filament is in there maybe half the time. It does this on the original too that I got from Bondtech

The holes need to be a bit better. I've printed 3 now and trying to get the rear nuts in, even when pulling with a screw is not going so well. I designed a stepper motor adaptor for a titan/half sized motor that fits great. Do you have the source for this so i can tweak the hole sizes?

Thanks was using without a special mount,, but I like the integrated sensor. Odd though, printed the small one and can't seem to get the switch to engage. Should I be using PTFE tube in each end, or is the filament enough? I printed a long one and with a bit of working, I got the switch to activate, but the small one is not, trying to figure out what is going on.

Hi. could it be possible to extend the bracket a little so that you can mount the heat sink on the stepper?

Hi. Sorry for the delay in replying, I don't get on here as much as I should - I have been away from home looking after my ill father.
How far and where do you need me to extend it?
Cheers, Susi.

This is just what I was looking for thank you for making it or re-designing it.

Is it not a problem that extruder works in reversed direction?

Shouldn´t be. The filament path is symmetrical and in terms of function the printer works in a way that extrude and retract movements have to be identical except of course for the direction.

I answered my question by myself, I'm using BMG clone in reversed setup for almost a half year now with no issue :D And I was able to mount it without any additional mounts on my machine (Ender 3, but as far as I know Z bracket with extruder support is the same in E3, CR10 and all of CR10S)

Does the support also work for Tevo Tornado?
