Thanks so much, got this outsourced to be printed and it looks great in real life, can’t wait to get it put together!!

This looks great, but I'm having issues with fitting the cover onto the main raid pass part, it just refuses to go on, printed all parts with hatchbox filament at 0.2mm

Thank you. This was one of my first designs and didn't think to add any clearance between the cover and the main body. Found if you scale up the cover it doesn't squeeze so much when sliding on. Unfortunately the scale is going to be different for everyone but something like 102% might work. Another option would be to drop the body pieces into the bed by .2-.4mm when slicing, this would shave off a bit of the back and make the fit a bit easier. Lastly you could also sand down the body a bit where the cover makes contact.

Hope this helps.

Working on a new project that will add a bit more electronics and make the build a bit easier.

I really like how this looks and the LEDs light up. is there any way you could make the pokemon go plus hidden inside and add an on/off button (such as people us binder clips to auto click the buttons for stops, Etc.) sounds pretty neat if possible.

Im sure it could be pinched between the cover front and back but would require some tweaking. Unfortunately I am working on a few other projects including an updated raid pass using neopixels. Will add this suggestion to the list. :)

Any tips on lighting/wiring/parts?

I just mimicked a throwie. http://www.instructables.com/id/LED-Throwies/ really just need a button battery and 1-2 LED's. I glued a strip of foil in the cover to act like a switch. I tried to make it out of stuff I had laying around.

Do all the parts need to be printed separately? Or is just printing Full_Pass.stl sufficient?

You might run into problems printing the full stl. There is no support under the front cover. Never tried printing as one piece so I couldn't say for sure.

Nice!! Looks great with the added lanyard. Glad you enjoyed it. Hopefully you get to show it off at your next EX raid or community day.

wie lange dauert es bis alles gedruckt ist?

About 5-8 hours depending on your preferred layer hight.
