This is Henry The Pooping Bird, he will take care of all your pencil sharpening! When the remains are digested he will leave a 100% non stinking surprise. (Optionally use a butt cap)
Fully prints without support!
He is compatible with many if not all sharpening blocks which you can insert through his butt. Don't worry, you may only need to do this procedere once.
Instead, you could of course only use it as a pencil holder or hang it up somewhere.
The Bird can be printed in full color or single color. You may paint it with any colors you desire.
The Sharpening Block Operation
First check which of the sharpening block types you want to insert and then see which fit pieces you may need to print. See the overview image below. (Any sharpener should have a sharpening block inside which you can get out, often they are just glued on)
- First put in any Right fitting block. (In case of a big sharpening block there is non needed)
- Then put in the sharping block in the correct direction. (Angled sharpening blocks need to be upside down)
- Put a pencil through his mouth into the inserted sharpening block to have it in the right position. This works best when you hold the Bird upside down.
- Insert the Left Fit Piece. On the side of the Fit Piece you will see a little overhang which will make it hold on the left side of the inside of the Bird.
If everything went well the birdie is still alive and is ready to chew on some pencils. To get it back out you might need a small plier.
