Awesome, electronics will be on bottom also?
Any chances of re-using bottom and back panels for enclosure? Even better, can the original wood frame be used just for looks?
Thank you, just got a donated Flashforge for a project but the front and back Y rods bend and it makes funny noises, I think its the wood?

Actually, I ended up stashing the electronics in an enclosure next to the printer. The enclosure was originally one of these drawers but the install was kind of messy and improvised with a dremel so there wasn't really a proper design to share. The back of the enclosure has been zip-tied to my shelf as a filament holder for both this printer and my new Prusa. If your wood frame is intact you could probably attach it to the metal frame somehow, though I didn't experiment with that since mine was busted.

Your front and back Y rods might just be bent outright, or maybe the belt tension is uneven. Might have to replace those.

How much bigger you think I will have to go on the vertical profiles for having electronics and power supply on bottom like original?

I'd give it another 2.5 - 3 inches of space

Do Y rods get a little off front frame? They seem to be a little out. Also, you know where can I buy the back/front connecting rods? The slim ones.
Also, which extrusion size are the Z ones? To buy them a little longer for electronics on bottom.

Rather than trying to get the holes in the printed bracket to the perfect depth for the Y-rods, I opted to put screws in line with the Y-rod which get tightened to hold it in place. I'm planning to replace those with hex-socket set screws on mine but haven't done it yet. Is that what you mean by a little out?

I think the 350mm extrusions are the Z ones.
