WAY too thin with too thin of gaps. I printed with a .8mm nozzle in petg, and even with petgs flex it was absolutely destroyed while attempting to separate the leaves (which was impossible anyhow) I wasted nearly a kg of filament.

I'm sorry you wasted filament. I'll be sure to update the description with my print settings and the trouble I faced. Thanks for letting me know. I have two of them that I never got to work and they work nicely as decorative bowls.

Thanks for your interest. While I don't really have the time to edit the scad file, the comments that I've added to it should help. Also, I just took a few minutes to check and if you resize the stl to 57% you would have one that's really close to 160mm. I separated the shells in my slicer program and took a look at where the pins end up. It should work just fine. You could also resize the original that this was based on and inspect it in your slicer similarly.
