Overly complicate. Why not just a triangle belt?

Can someone please post the closed belt size for a standard 300x300 Hypercube Evo?

Does anyone know a similar design for the 2020 profiles?

Thanks.

Nice design!

I see the "z_leadscrew_bottom_bearing_v1.1_center_mark" was replaced with the new top and bottom bearing holder. What is the "bearing_support" for though?

Also, the top and bottom bearing holder is pinching my pulley kinda hard which is making it bind. I seated all the bearings with a driver and hammer and its still binding slightly. Any suggestions?

Any issues with stepper motor power using 1 motor for both lead screws?

I was going to go with triple lead screw, but this solution requires less hardware and makes better use of the materials I do have. Use of Onshape is another plus for shared projects like the Hevo.

I only really have one suggestion. I use incra marking rulers, and they allow you to make a 0.5mm wide line on anything. If you included a 1mm hole or some form of center line/arrow/marker on your parts, one could precision mark on their frame where an exact distance is, and align the plastic part. This would make aligning the Z rods and holders significantly easier

seems like a good idea, done

Cool design, and I will say that your belt measuring tool in Onshape worked Awesomely! I am creating up my new Hypercube evo printer and incorporating your design.

For what build size is this? Which is the size of your frame?
