in this particular case I would prefer to use a 10$ ready made Sonoff device. This module consists of nearly the same parts as you used: ESP8266, Relay, ... and can be flashed by also ready made open source firmwares like Tasmota.
Please don't get me wrong. You placed your WIFI plug here as you printed some parts with 3D printer and this is great - thank you for this.
But underlining your warning (high voltage) I suggest users to consider rather the ready made component at around the same cost.

Yeah but if you read the reviews of the Sonoff devices they apparently suck balls. Cool idea but the servers are never accessable so they basically never work. The EWeLink App to control everything is supposed to suck too. Horrible ratings & reviews in the App store. At least with the ESP8266 & Blynk you have a reliable server so your stuff actually works.

Sounds interesting! You don't have a Wiring plan or something similar? I have experience working with electric appliances but not so much with the Arduino and it's possibilities...
